Allissa Neher

Varsity Cheer Coach

I have been cheering since I was in 7th grade and cheered both in my junior high years at Vistancia Elementary and on a competitive club team called Valley Creative Cheer. I’ve taken home many first place titles from competitions in Arizona and Nevada. My favorite National Grand Champion title was given to my team at the USA National competition in Disneyland. I cheered at Liberty High School on Varsity for all four years and won many awards as “most spirited." During my junior year, I was voted co-captain. For my senior year, I was voted as Captain. I have taught at summer camps, choreographed numerous routines for high school and junior high teams, and have been in leadership positions. I have loved cheer since the second I learned what it was and it has always been my dream to one day coach and be that example my coaches were to me.

Moriah Johnson

JV Cheer Coach

Hi, I'm Coach Johnson. I grew up as a competitive gymnast for 10 years. In high school I started cheering and was on the varsity cheer team for 4 years. In my four years of high school, we won the State Championship twice in our division and National Runner Up twice. I have previously coached for 3 years at a different high school and won the State Championship my first year as a coach. I have absolutely loved my experiences in the cheer world as an athlete and as a coach. I look forward to continuing that love here at Chandler High. I studied to get my degree in Physical Education at Arizona State University and am proud to be on the Chandler Staff as a PE teacher as well. My coaching philosophy is to teach athletes life skills on how to be driven to reach their goals, respect others, and overcome challenges through the enjoy of being a cheerleader. Go Wolves!
